This is a great board for racing in the 12'6" class but its all round uses are great also. This is a very stable yet glides easily through the water if you just want to cruise. It also does well going downwind for a small board compared to normal downwind boards but one of the coolest things is how well it surfs for a race board. With Joe Bark boards all you have to do is step back and get the nose out of the water and they all surf well, pretty cool design.
Here is a pic of the deck of the board and a quick video of me surfing a wave in CA on the board.

QUIVERS

Its been a while since I have posted. My wife had a newborn little girl , there have been a couple races and went out to Santa Cruz C.A. for some surf and got a race and SUP competition in also.

This post is on the importance of a quiver. I think quivers are great for two reasons.

1 - right board for the conditions , so you can always be in the water.
2 - as you grow older with surfing and paddling having different equipment keeps you stoked like a grom because of the learning element.

Here is my quiver and next posts will talk about each board and its uses.
